Do you offer support for plugins or themes?

Yes, we do offer the limited support for plugins and themes. Our support is limited to installation and updating themes and plugins.

Item Themes or Plugins doesn’t work.

You need to take the item as is. We do our best to share only 100% Original & Working items – themes & plugins are tested manually for demo import but occasionally authors may change the way an item checks for a license.

Can I get a refund?

We offer 7 days money back. If you are experiencing any difficulty with a plugin or theme, we are more than happy to provide limited support and resolve the situation. If your circumstance can’t be resolved with support, you are welcome to contact us with an explanation of your situation and we will offer you full refund.

VirusTotal shows items as infected?

You do not have to worry about it. Some files are such that Antivirus looks like Malware but they are a part of the Theme or Plugin which are completely Safe & Secure.

How fast can you update an item after original author updated it?

Usually 0-2 days but you should ask first, we may no longer have an active subscription for that item.
